Norwich Cycling Campaign may collect and/or create the following information about you:

We only collect this personal information where we have a legitimate interest and our legitimate interest does not breach your rights.
We only hold your personal information for as long as necessary. While you are a member we will keep personal information about you and delete it 12 months after you cease to become a member.
If you have contacted us for any reason we will hold your email address and first name and surname in our email address list. The list will only be used by the secretary to send you emails relevant to your enquiry.
We do not use your information for marketing purposes.
Third parties whose content appears on our website (such as social media) may collect information on you. We have no control over their activities and you should read their privacy policies.
How and where we store your information
We take suitable measures to ensure your data is securely kept.
Due to the tools we use some or all of your data may be stored outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is stored outside the EEA we take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is secure.
